Service Status
All two way satellite internet services are performing normally.
Due to Gmail transition project our service desk is experiencing higher than normal call volumes. If your issues is in regards to email then please go to the knowledge base section located in the Helpdesk drop down.
After ten minutes holding in our queue you will be advised that no one has answered the phone and you will be invited to leave a message. Please record your message and leave your phone number, full name and nature of your issue. This voice mail will then be sent to our service desk.
A job will then be logged and we will endeavour to get back to you within one business day.
Hoax - Commonwealth email - 1st May, 2009
If you have received an email from the Commonwealth bank then this is email is a hoax. No bank in Australia sends emails to its customers. All correspondence is done by postal mail.
Delete this email immediatley and DO NOT reply to this email.
The mail starts as follows;
We recorded a payment request from "HostGator -www.hostgator.com- Reseller Web Hosting" to enable the charge of $74.95 on your account.
Because the order was made from an African internet address, we put an Exception Payment on transaction id #POS PAYM7284 motivated by our Geographical Tracking System.
