Have you upgraded your account?

If you have upgraded your account to use your customer number and password to login, make sure you have selected the Customer ID tab in the left.

Not sure of your circuit ID and CPA?

When your satellite dish was installed, you should have been supplied with an information sheet by your installation technician containing details of your satellite connection (including your circuit ID and CPA number). If this information has not been provided or you have now misplaced this paperwork, please contact our HelpDesk on 1300 307 832 or via email at harboursat@harbourit.com.au to obtain these details.

Your listed plan is not what you understood you selected?

If you do not believe that the plan listed in your Access Panel is correct, please contact Operations on 1300 366 169 or send an email to hit.operations@harbourit.com.au and we’ll investigate the indiscrepancy for you.
