The Harbour IT HelpDesk support model is a simple, yet effective, service where all users can log satellite-related issues and requests at the HelpDesk via phone (1300 579 403) or email harboursat@harbourit.com.au. Once a job has been logged, the issue will be assigned to a technician who will begin working with you to resolve any issues. In this model, the HelpDesk acts as a central point of contact at all times and provides you with updates via email or phone as to the status of the job. The result is that the satellite issues are handled by the appropriately skilled technician and therefore the issue gets resolved quickly.
