Further, as a registered provider with the Australian Broadband Guarantee, Harbour IT is under an obligation to ensure your service is meeting pre-set standards of at least 60% of the peak speed at least 85% of the time (peer to peer traffic is always shaped). We are constantly monitoring our performance to ensure these standards are met.
